Sleeping Doggo

On our way to the Skytree, we came across an interesting reststop. At the corner of two rows of building, someone converted the tiny triangle of space into a vending machine corner, with a bin for garbage, a mirror for freshing up at, and a windowed alchove for their dog.

The drinks were all very cheap, costing on average around ¥100, so V and I stopped for a bit. We drank our tea while watching the cute dog nap. Not once did an eye open.

Once we were done, we binned out bottles, and wiped ourselves down with some handy wipes scented like lemons and mint. Then we headed back out into the heat towards the Tokyo Skytree.

Puppies are adorable. Any type of baby animal is cute in one way or another, but to me puppies and kittens take the cake.

There’s a pet shop near my job in the city. Let me make it clear now that I do NOT condone these kinds of shops (which may use horrible things like puppy mills and the like), but I still can’t help and look during my morning walk.

My building has never allowed dogs of any kind (cat’s are okay, provided they aren’t overly vocal), though my mother has always wanted one. I remember when we went to the shelter to get our second cat (Boo), there were so many lovely fur-babies waiting for their forever homes.
