It’s continued to be extremely hot here in Nagoya. So much so, I spent almost all of my Summer Break in my room. With the exception of going to the Aquarium with V, I spent my waking hours watching DVDs or playing video games. Any time spent outdoors (again save for the aquarium) has been […]
It’s been too hot to do much during the day, so I’ve taken to going out night. One of my recent outings was to the Nagoya TV Tower. Every summer, they hold a projection mapping exhibit. This year it was done by a group called Naked. The theme was underwater. For ¥1000 I could watch […]
It’s been too hot to do much during the day so I went out for a little bit last night. Not many people were our and most places were closed. Still, it was nice to get out of the house for a bit.
I need to get out more, before it becomes too hot to do so. Theres a small park in my neighborhood, so maybe I should go there. It’s only about 15 minutes away.
What am I saying, it’s already here and has been here since the latter half of last week. The rainy season’s over and now temperatures are high. It’s also been really muggy, so being outside can be unpleasant. However, this is still just the start of summer, so I’m expecting it will get hotter soon […]

Yesterday, my neighborhood had a classic car show at a local park. I went to the park for some fresh air, since the weather was so nice, having no idea the event was going on. There were many cars from the early 70s, all the way back to the early 1900s. The supet old ones […]
Nagoya, Meieki Area
A student recommended that I visit Tsurumai Park last weekend to see the cherry trees. Tsurumai Park is a popular place to go flower viewing, so it can get pretty crowded. Since my days off are usually Sunday and Monday, I thought it migh be better to go on a weekday. It was still very […]

I’ve been finding myself feeling rather nostalgic as of late. I’ve been missing places, things, and people that haven’t been around for years. Every year I usually find myself feeling a bit blue come winter, but it rarely lasts this far into a new year. After doing a bit of googling, it seems this is […]
