Golden Leaves

A new shopping mall opened up next to a park near me last month. Inside are the usual stores, including a huge supermarket with a better selection than is available at the one closer to my apartment. So, on the weekends, I’ve been going there to stock up on necessities. To shave off a few minutes from my 15 minute or so journey, I’ve been cutting through the park called Noritake no mori.

Changing Leaves

The leaves have started to change as the weather has been getting cooler. I haven’t had a chance to go view the fall colors, but there is one tree in my neighborhood in particular that caught my eye on the way home. It stands in feontbof the local community center and is illustrated by a couple of lights. I stopped to take a few shots laat night.

An Early Morning in Kozouji

The train stopped a little longer than usual at the station. It was such a nice day that I needed to record it.

The Lighthouse

Across the waves, you see a lighthouse. The strip of land on which it rests does not connect to the mainland for some reason. The sea is choppy and the lighthouse is far. Do you dare to tey and swim there?

The Black Sand Beaches of Miho

There was a national holiday last Thursday, so I decided to take a ferry to Miho in Shizuoka. The place is famous for its beaches and a beautiful view of Mount Fuji if the weather is good. As the day went on, I found myself getting overly warm and ended up taking several quick dips to cool down.
