This is getting ridiculous.
Just when I thought we were finally getting rid of the leftover snow from the last storm, we get another 5 inches. While I admit it makes for some pretty scenery, it gets old fast. Very fast.
Us, New Yorkers, have been spoiled by a string of mild winters; so when we get a traditionally bad New York Winter, it’s a big deal. I hear a lot of places closed down today because of the storm. I’ve also heard that the trains are also having a lot of trouble anywhere running close to schedule today.
The above photos were taken hours ago (around 9 or 10 am), when the tree branches were still visible through the snow. Now everything is completely white. Below is a shot from about two or so hours ago.
The above photos were taken a few hours ago, when the tree branches were still visible through the snow. Now everything is almost completely white and it’s still snowing. Forecasts estimate that it will continue snowing well into tomorrow, so I’m unsure what the final snow totals will be.
But I will let everyone know.
